In the education world, we are constantly looking to save money with budget cuts. PerfectForms has been a great solution! It has saved us so much time with their easy to design forms to there excellent report building. It is also very rare to get good technical support, with PerfectForms they go above and beyond.

Perfect Forms for us started with a need to follow workflow for 2 specific forms; that was two years ago. Since those 2 initial forms our usage has grown and continues to - I believe we are at 65 forms now. We have been able to eliminate a great deal of paper, and have complete tracking along the way. If user 1 submits a form, we can see that it was approved by the next layer, and currently “stuck” at the final approval. No more “misplaced” paper versions. The online form designer is both easy and intuitive. Creating a new simple form or adjusting workflow can be done in a matter of minutes. Additional functionality can be easily added along with creating dynamic reports. Customer service at Perfect Forms is truly phenomenal. Both email and phone calls are answered quickly. All in all it’s a great service! I cannot say enough good things about Perfect Forms, it has given us the ability to roll out, update, ensure consistency, and track all at once.

Eric was very experienced and knowledgeable. He was able to take my thoughts and put them directly into the form I wanted completed. I would recommend using PerfectForms for basic forms and their professional services for more detailed form building.

I contacted technical support after a problem developed. They set up a conference call and we worked through the problem which turned out to be entirely at my end. They persisted until the solution was found and I was both impressed and very grateful. I have used Perfectforms for quite a few years and will continue to do so as they obviously care about their customers receiving a great service.

Christine was my Customer Care Representative contact. She was extremely professional and helpful. She truly went out of her way to make sure that my request was handled in an efficient and timely manner. Her demeanor was a pleasure to deal with.
