We have been using Perfect Forms in our Company for just over 5 years. We find it's the best application to use to manage approved workflows. You can design complicated forms with endless possibilities of workflow options and all notifications can be sent automatically as the form changes status. The reports allow users to check what status their forms are at and also allows extracts into Excel, which is very useful. The support we receive from the helpdesk is exceptional. It is a great product and helps reduce alot of paperwork.

PerfectForms is the best form tool we used. We can create nice form (basic or with calculations or conditions) and we can also link our forms with our emailing software, it's great ! Furthermore, the service and helpdesk is really helpful and friendly.
