Great Customer Service and Products.
We got our item (Grays Cook Band) 24 hours after ordering it. It works great and I have ordered from them previously.

Customer Support was great
Customer Support was great. Deducted one star for not being able to use my reward points with a coupon. Customer's should be able to use their rewards at anytime and not have to choose between a coupon or rewards.
