Finding the products online was easy to put into the online cart. I had a question regarding our sales tax exemption and the customer support through the chat told me exactly where to enter that number in during check out.

It took 4 times to place my order as the site did not allow me to do so, it kept showing a 0 balance and shipping is expensive when I am used to free shipping everywhere else.
