PERGOLUX USAReviews of pergoluxshop.com

I shopped extensively before choosing Pergolux, purchased on sale several months ago, and for various reasons, the installation (mounted on a TREX deck) was just recently completed. We are extremely pleased with the appearance, function and overall product. Our contractor accomplished erection with no difficulty.

Had experienced awesome customer service up front and the quality was top notch! Compared to my neighbors which was purchased from Amazon it is so much better. Not even close.

I ordered the pergolux s2 and it arrived very quickly but was unfortunately missing 1 box. Customer service sent out a replacement very fast and were great to work with. Everything went together very easily with the digital instructions. Overall very happy with the quality of the product and support from the team. Would always recommend

Great sale service followed with excellent installation.

From start to finish, my overall experience with Pergolux was amazing. I had questions about the product and I received an email and a call immediately. I some more questions about the differences between some of the models, and I immediately received a response with detailed differences. I had questions about installation, and I received a reply that Elite Tech Installs was their recommended installers. This was good because I was nervous about trying to find a contractor that would be able to build this. Ordering was simple and the delivery was less than a week. I scheduled the install with Elite Tech Installs and my Pergolux pergola was assembled within the next week. I ordered the 10x13 Sunbeam 2 with 3 pull down screens, a heater, LED lights, and motorized louvers. The installers were amazing. It took 2 guys a little over 4 hours. They unpacked all the boxes and asked questions about how I would like the pergola set up. They assembled the pergola, showed me all the features, and then took all the boxes and trash with them. They were truly experts at building the Pergolux pergola. In fact, they didn't even need to follow the directions because they had installed close to 100 of this exact model. It is an extremely sturdy pergola and it look fantastic next to my pool. 10 out of 10.

We love our Pergolux Pergola!! We purchased a10x13 pergola 2 with a heater and 3 screens. The setup was a little harder than I thought it would be, but we got help from Pergolux and got everything installed and working properly. Very sturdy and a great addition to our deck.

Our Pergolux is so enjoyable. We’re in the north west and are able to enjoy it year around. We have sliding glass on all sides and it seals up tight. We’ve had it one year and are so satisfied.

The instructions are a little confusing. We hired an experienced handyman who we have used for other projects, but he couldn’t figure it out. Finally my husband (who is almost 80) tore it apart and started over and he did it almost single-handedly, with a little help from me. Once up, we were very satisfied. It looks great
