I had a small issue I could not seem to fix. I sent a 'Contact us' email with my problem and I had a response within 15 minutes with easy to follow steps. No more problem. The best service response time..ever! Petcube Camera is a great little device. I look forward to watching my fur-baby from work.

There was an issue with the audio feature when the camera was accessed remotely. However, the Petcube team addressed and rectified the matter very promptly and efficiently. The Petcube now works perfectly.

I love my pet cube! It arrived quickly, had minimal packaging that was primarily recyclable, was extremely easy to set-up and it works exactly as advertised, every time. Consistent and reliable. I love it.

The customer service/support for this company is amazing. I was having a number of connectivity issues with my Pet Cam, and needed to connect with them each day for roughly three days. Each time I connected with someone in very quickly, they were patient, kind and very knowledgeable, and got my issue resolved. I even lost connection with them during one of the interactions and they emailed me to follow up with next steps/instructions. Really great experience!

I have been neglecting to try to fix our Petcube because I assumed it would be a huge struggle, but with the help of the support Yulia, I had it up and running in less than ten minutes!

I have two cameras with Petcube and have only had to contact support once to change my email address. Petcube support was helpful in assisting me through the process of updating my email, however the process itself was a pain and required resetting of hardware and awaiting feedback from the support team (which was answered always within a day, but that's still a couple of days to resolve this issue). Overall they have a great support team, just let down by a lack lustre account infrastructure and a hardware model clearly built to require subscriptions for useful features whilst still missing the mark. Would I recommend these cameras? Depends on how techie you are. If you want a standalone straight forward solution, it'll do. If you want to integrate with your existing smart home environment, hard pass.

Well what can I say, I needed help as my pet cam stopped working I did the usual things load/ unload app, turn off turn on camera and nothing. So I sent a HELP ME e mail!! With in minutes my problem was fixed couldn't believe it. HAPPY DAYS, and I don't like technology, but I got through it. Amen.....
