Nothing wrong with the products. But I don't understand what the thought process is that a small grooming business can get a pallet delivered and expect us to have a loading dock! I checked the box that said inside delivery, and you still had FedEx delivering a pallet, to my small business. How can they get in the door?!

Hi there, we apologize for the inconvenience with the shipping, our larger orders do go palletized to ensure the products get to you safely. and a pallet is the best option. Unfortunately, a pallet won't fit through the doors, and our inside delivery is not to come into a home or shop as that is a liability to the shipping company and is considered a white glove service that we do not offer as the cost is considerable. Generally, customers remove each item off the pallet, and I know a pallet is not a great asset to your property, but many people use the pallets for other purposes or will get picked up if you put on the curb. Again, we apologize for the issue, and when you order again, please give us an email to [email protected] or give our customer service team a call 800-738-3343 and let them know you do not want your order delivered on a pallet. Thank you for letting us know, and thank you for choosing PetEdge we truly appreciate your business!

The person was fast and helpful, except when she checked to make sure everything was in stock. I got a notice a couple of days later that the happy hoodies were cancelled.

Lots of communication, letting you know exactly when your product will be shipped. Immediately sends the receipt via email. Bought a little 5 1/2 inch sheer and it had beautiful packaging.

Your website is not user friendly. I made a purchase and did not a confirmation e mail or receipt for payment. Now I don’t know if it went through or not. Then your automated review is sent first. REALLY!

Hi there Jennifer, I'm glad we were able to speak with you, and resolve the issue. I'm sorry that you had to have that experience, and that is not typical for our site. We look forward to doing business in the future and thank you for letting us know where we fell short on your expectations. Thank you PetEdge.
