Prices are good but customer service stinks. I ordered some dog shampoo. Didn't hear a word from them for several days so I emailed because what company doesn't confirm an order nowadays? PetEdge, that's who! They didn't respond to my email either, so I had to call them. It took about 10 minutes to get ahold of a representative who told me they shipped my order but it could take weeks to receive it and the only way to check on it is to call them. That is not typical customer service in the 21st century. Horrible communication. I should have bought the gallon size from Amazon - the price was a little better but I didn't need a gallon of dog shampoo. Live and learn.
