Package delivered on time. My dog enjoys the food. However packaging could be a little better because the box the food is packaged in always comes very damaged. Luckily it has never affected the bag of food but it has come close

Thank you for the honest feedback and we're really glad your pup is enjoying the food! We're sorry to hear the packaging has been arriving damaged. That's definitely not the experience we want for you, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We'd love to look into this further so please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer care team. We're always here to help!

Timely delivery, tracking option was great as we were out of town and could have our son bring food inside when we were gone.
Reply from PetflowSep 11, 2026
Thank you for sharing this! We love hearing how our tracking feature came in handy, especially in a moment like that. It's little things like having your son bring the delivery in while you were away that remind us why reliable shipping and real-time tracking matter so much. We're so glad Petflow could make things a little easier for your family! 🐾
