I had never heard of this company before but am really glad I found out about them. They have a very good selection of all kinds of items and the prices were reasonable. Shipping was immediate, and I received the order faster than I thought possible.

Several of the cans in my delivery were damaged, some even punctured. I tried to login to my account to let someone know, but couldn't. Next I sent a text but never received a reply. After a few days, I finally called and the PetFlow associate I got told me that the photo of the box I received showed there was no damage and insisted that I would have to take photos of the damaged product and email them in order for my complaint to be "looked into." Since I don't know how to email photos, I guess I'm supposed to just eat it. Boo! I'm very disappointed! This was expensive cat food. I won't be ordering from PetFlow again.

It was easy to order the prescription cat food I needed. PetFlow contacted my veterinarian, and the order was delivered very quickly. I was very happy with the service.

Very fast delivery. Cat loves the Caribbean Club and seems to find the Pumpkin Smash edible.
