Ordered dog food. After a week it still hadn’t shipped. Tried to cancel the order and they said I couldn’t. Bought dog food from someone else and received it in 2 days. Then received an email from PetFlow that my order was canceled.

My first experience with Petflow was excellent. Fast delivery within a week. The only negative is that the box was left in front of the garage. One of the cars backed out into it and crushed it. I recommend putting it to the side, not directly in front of the door. We'll see what happens on the next order!

On two separate orders I get an e mail that what I ordered was out of stock,

Many parts of my order were delayed. There is still one item that has not been sent yet you have nerve to ask me to complete a survey before all items are received. In addition, I phoned yesterday and requested a call back to siscuss undelivered item and no one has called me back. I may have made a mistake switching to PetFlow.

I am sorry to give 2 star but EVERY time I order and even on my auto-ship, the order is ALWAYS late because the warehouse close to me is out and it has to come from one farther away. I quit buying from you and then just recently tried again, sure enough my order was delayed AGAIN. When I first started with you my shipments were ALWAYS in a timely manner, now I have to run to the store because I run out of food. As far as product line I give you 5 stars and customer service gets 5 stars too
