I actually ordered puppy food I didn’t open is could it be replaced. He is a very picky eater I have an English setter 2 year and 8 months old. If not I may have donate it to a shelter please get back to me. If anything can be done. Thank you Gary Marositz

This is the response I gave PetFlow today when they asked me why I am canceling the autoship subscriptions that I've had for several years: I figured I made it clear when I sent you the original email requesting the cancelation, as I said it then. And this is not the first time I've addressed the issue with PetFlow. PetFlow has gotten more and more unreliable over the past several months. REPEATEDLY (several months in a row now) I have received emails telling me my order has shipped and will be delivered on such-and-such a date. Then a couple of days later I get another email saying that it needs to ship out of a different warehouse so it will be delayed (this is AFTER the email saying it's already shipped). Then it STILL gets delivered several days AFTER the newly promised date. This last time the newly promised date was the 7th but didn't arrive until the 11th. This tells me that: 1) PetFlow was lying to me about my orders having already shipped, and 2) I can't rely on my orders being auto-shipped on the schedule I set up (which I set up for a reason!). I've learned the only thing I can rely on with PetFlow now (vs. the past several years that I've been a loyal customer) is that I can't trust PetFlow anymore. In fact, I think I need to post a review saying exactly what I'm saying here. I don't want others to be duped into trusting PetFlow to deliver on the schedule they set up. I'm done dealing with your brand of dishonesty and unreliability. As a small business owner myself I know that my clients wouldn't put up with it from me and I won't put up with it either.
