The company goes the extra mile to make a customer feel appreciated. I needed a special diet food for my dog and they shipped it to me the next day. I can't thank them enough. The customer service is great because they have people who love helping pet parents. I am very happy with them !!

Your pricing is great! I hope this company continues to grow. Your shipping is very slow compared to Amazon and Chewy. Your website could be easier to navigate. I find the auto ship confusing. And there are several products I use in bulk that you don’t carry: Purina Complete Cat Chow 20lb bags, Naturally Fresh Walnut Cat Litter 40lbs, Friskies Whitefish & Sardine Shreds, and you are frequently out of stock. Anything that can be done to improve the process is appreciated. Thank you for what you do!

I got my bag of dog food quickly. However, the last 2 shipments have arrived in boxes that were falling apart. The FedEx guy even wrote a note on this one to apologize.

I received no confirmation regarding shipping. I had no idea if it shipped, when the arrival date would be, or how long it would take in general. I called customer service after 4 days and they advised it would be delivered the next day. Meanwhile, I had to purchase an additional bag from a vendor an hour away from me because I didn’t know if the order had took. I will never use this service again.
