I like Petflow's prices. My dog likes expensive dog food and Petflow had the best prices. Their delivery was a little slower than the other distributor I've used in the past. However, the box did arrive in an undamaged condition, which was not the case when receiving petfood from the other distributor. Overall, so far I'm happy with Petflow.

The prices are good, delivery time is good, and customer service is good. My package was late and when I called the representative was polite and got my package moving.

Our dog food was open in the shipping carton. Some of it spilled out in the box. If it wasn’t such a hassle, we would’ve returned it.

We keep coming back to PetFlow because of the selection and pricing on Big Dog Chew Toys. We finally found a safe and durable name brand chew toy for our Great Dane - English Mastiff mix. He loves chewing and we are happy he is not chewing up our furniture.
