I appreciate the communication when the delivery will be delayed and how easy it is to change my auto reorder schedule.

The main reason I gave a three star rating is because while waiting on my order to arrive, I had to reach out to customer service to ask where my order was only to find out upon checking on my order. They realize the warehouse had canceled my order. Customer service then asked me if I would like to have it re-ordered through a different warehouse, otherwise I would be able to have known it wasn’t coming, and I had already paid for it.

We’re sorry for the frustration and confusion surrounding your order. It looks like there was an unexpected issue at our warehouse that caused the cancellation, and we agree you should have been notified right away. We’ve shared your experience with our fulfillment and communication teams to help ensure customers are informed promptly if something like this happens again.

I got it - finally! It seems to take longer now. And I realize this time it had to come to Santa Barbara instead of Park City. But it used to come from Las Vegas and get to our place in line 2 days. Now is it coming from Pennsylvania? It took about a week! Sally

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Sally. We’re glad your order arrived but understand how frustrating the longer transit time can be. Some shipments are now routed from different fulfillment centers depending on product availability, which can occasionally extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will share your feedback with our logistics team.

Good communication on upcoming authorship, but price finally went up and got charged shipping since I was 26 cents under the minimum, so I ended up canceling… but was always reliable and easy to navigate the website to see and change the autoship process.

We appreciate your kind words about our communication and website! We understand how frustrating it can be to miss the free shipping threshold by such a small amount. Your feedback helps us as we review our policies to make future improvements. Thank you for being a Petflow customer!
