They shipped my wet catfood over a week after I placed the order, scheduling it to be delivered the 22nd of december and could do nothing to delay or cancel the order even before ups had it. So my food is going to freeze over and over again while we are gone for christmas, if i dont pay a big fee to get ups to hold it.
