I have been a customer since 2017, and I am very pleased with PetFlow's customer service. Whenever I've had an issue with a prescription or order (which is rare) they have gone out of their way to help me. Thank you Pet Flow, you have a happy customer here.

Order email confirmation was delayed and the email notification that shipment will be delayed was also late. Customer service needs improvement.

Takes too long to get vet scrips through even when it is emailed right after order placed and you have to keep calling the company for updates which every story is different. Petflow does not reserve the products when order is placed and because Petflow is so slow the products sell out. Called to cancel one order and was sent anyways. strange emails not at all relative to my orders were sent to me. Seems like Petflow is a mess, my first and last time with this company!

I ordered Royal Canin Maine Coon canned food from PetFlow when the same cat food was out of stock at Chewy. My experience with this company was positive. I will order from them again.
