We just lost our 12 year old corgi. I’m distraught, she was family. We received an order of dog food 4 days before she passed away. Unfortunately because of their new return policy they won’t except returns or a refund for the food that she is never going to eat. This is a heartless company! I had a 12 year old German Shepard that we had basically the same situation with food. We received an order of her dog food and lost her a week after in January and used CHEWY for her food. What a fantastic company they were. Not only did they refund us the full cost of the food but they told us to donate the food to a shelter or vet. I will never recommend petflow, I will never use Petflow any future animals when we are ready to get one. This is horrible time emotionally. We lost two dogs in 7 months, and with the financial part of getting her cremated every little bit helps. Paying for food that she will never eat is heartless in my opinion. It’s still in the same box it came in unopened! Stay away because they do not care! They are the typical corporate greed company. I would use CHEWY if you can. They at least care for their customers.

This company is total fraud. They raised their price by 235% on autoship without any information. There is no way to reach out via phone. On chat, their customer service says that they are not authorized to return or take any action. They just shut the window saying we don't care about our customers..😡

Horrendous service now that no one may speak to a representative. They raised prices, fired staff and now you have to text to a bot! I cancelled my standing orders after working with them for 10 years. I will give my business only to a company that employees customer service representatives you may speak to. What a horrible business decision they made.

only received part of a monthly order. Cannot reach anyone by phone thanks to your new ineffective computer system

We’re really sorry to hear that part of your order didn’t arrive as expected and that reaching us has been frustrating. This isn’t the experience we want for our customers. Our support team can always be reached by chat, text, or email, and we’d be happy to take a closer look into what happened with this shipment.

I was pleased with product and service of dog food until the price was increased 50%. I have cancelled my Auto-Ship and will start buying from my local Tractor Supply for the price I was originally paying PetFlow before their price increase.
