PetlibroReviews of petlibro.com

My cat is starving at 4:00 AM and I am craving sleep. I’ve just gotten the Polar Wet Food Feeder and this is going to be such a help to us both! The design of this device has so many helpful and innovative features. I had a problem with shipping and the company stayed with me until I received a replacement. I also had a question about cleaning and they provided a very thorough answer. Customer service personnel were also very pleasant to work with.

Super lösungsorientiert, teilweise in Minuten Antworten bekommen. Ich war selten so zufrieden mit einem Kundenservice! Wir haben nach technischen Problemen auch direkt ein Ersatzgerät erhalten! Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Timely; I couldn't ask for more! Helps me stay on top of providing quality running water for my cats.

They were super helpful in troubleshooting my issue, as it couldn't be fixed with regular troubleshooting they are sending me a new unit and I deeply appreciate that.

Der Petlibro Support ist einfach super. So tolle Tipps und direkte Hilfe bei einem Problem.

Very good quality of the products and excellent service!

The customer service here is excellent! I had issues with one other feeder and they sent me a new one, yet again I had issues with all 3 of my feeders and they were able to quickly get back to me saying it was defective and are sending me 3 whole new ones!

Bon contact sav. Suivi efficace du service.
