I believe that having tags that provide identity for my pup to be safe are essential. Thank you Pet Link for assisting pet owners in this vital effort--since posting signs when one's pup is lost is not enough. --Laura, Chantilly, VA

It's good to know if my dog gets loose, I can get him home!

Battery life is terrible. Even with disabling most of the features it only lasts about 3 days before needing recharged. If you have to live search it drains the battery. So if your pet would go missing for any length of time you won’t be able to use GPS search for long. Maybe that’s normal for a gps device. But I wish I had researched other brands first.

The collar was of great quality. But, unfortunately I adopted a sick cat, that got sick and died, before she could where her collar! So, it lays on top of her ashes!

My yorkie was a block away and I didn’t even know he was missing. I received a call from Pet Link and had the finder on the phone waiting to speak with them. I was so grateful for that call and we were taught our dog would jump in the car with strangers (scared me)!
