This doesn’t work in areas with weak signal or around metal buildings. I’m in the country and the geofence feature didn’t alert at all. Primary reason I bought it! I wasn’t offered a refund even though I contacted them within a week. DONT BUY if you are in the country. The company stated they sent a refund but that was a partial refund for the service. I still have a $50 device that I can’t use they DID NOT REFUND!

Great cat collar, very well made, love the metal piece with my cats name and codes on it if she gets lost, would recommend this for all your cats who like to roam.

The personalized dog collar I ordered was of inferior quality. The material it was made of was cheap and “slippery” to the point it wouldn’t stay closed. It kept slipping over her head.

My dog chewed up her plastic tag that I got when we had her chipped. I ordered this steel tag so I could display it on her collar. Hopefully, she will not be able to destroy it! Speedy delivery!
