Every technician is courteous and knowledgeable about my unit. I also get my tank filled before it gets down to a quarter tank. The billing is also clear and efficient.

As usual when I called Petro my concern about a leak was immediately taken seriously and I was reassured someone would come out to check on and repair it within the hour. Of course that did happen! A polite, competent worker came quickly ,diagnosed the problem and repaired it in 1.5 hours. I've always been treated like this with Petro and when I've toyed with switching to a "cheaper' company I quickly gave up that idea for the simple reason that I can always count on Petro for any problem. That peace of mind is priceless!

It was very good

I was given a service period from 12-4 which was fine but when I called to find out if I was still going to be serviced , I get told it would be now between 5-6 pm and. If I had not called I would’ve not known. Why was there no call to me to advise me of the change.

Very helpful in scheduling. Technicians are very knowledgeable. Oil deliveries are always as scheduled.
