Hello Sherrie, Thank you for your feedback as it allows us to learn and grow. However, I am unsure for the one star? Petscy shows all of the ingredients and nutritional values on our site so you can determine if our products are a good fit before ordering. On top of that, we offer free returns (at our expense) to rectify any issues you may have. Unfortunately a stamp is needed in order to ship the product back. That being said, can you elaborate on where we could’ve done better? One star means that everything was terrible. Where this just seems to be a situation where the product was not the right fit and you took advantage of our “no questions asked” return policy. Your feedback is appreciated. Also, if you ordered any items on a monthly recurring basis. You will want to log into the portal and cancel or reply back and I can handle for you so nothing is sent in the future.
