Hey Robert, thank you for the update, and I really appreciate you correcting the original review.
Regarding their skin, there is a small percentage of dogs that can be sensitive or allergic to pork. If you feel like their skin is actually getting worse because they’re having an allergic reaction to the chews, please stop giving them immediately.
If they’re tolerating the chews but you simply haven’t seen improvement yet, three weeks can still be early. The main healing ingredient in our formula is Colostrum.
Colostrum is more about longer-term skin and immune support. Rather than expecting an overnight difference, we’re looking for their skin to gradually become less irritated and for flare-ups to become less frequent or severe over time.
We also understand that every dog may not benefit from our chews, especially if the underlying condition is more severe or they’re continuing to be exposed to whatever is triggering their allergies.
If they’re tolerating the chews well, I’d like you to continue for another 30 days at the higher dosage we recommend and go through the next two bottles. If you still don’t see **any** signs of improvement, reply to me directly in this review here rather than going through regular support, as they don’t have the ability to authorize a refund for multiple bottles.
At that point, I’ll personally help you with a return label and refund for the remaining unopened bottles and a refund for the opened bottles. I want to give the product a fair chance to work, but I also don’t want you stuck with a bunch of product if it simply isn’t helping your dogs.
Thanks,
Chris
