I can’t honestly say anything positive. I’ve sent 6 emails in total no response to any of them. It took 41 days for my product to arrive at our house. I had already purchased an alternative and elected to return. The return policy looks easy but someone would have to respond to an email. Which they did and have not. Be prepared to keep and pay for whatever you get. This is blind shopping, I’ll let every one else speak to the product as I haven’t used it because have a great alternative.

The K9Cruiser is a great product. I am so glad I found the ads for it. It is amazingly easy to install even the first time and to take down when you need to use your back seat. And, I’m an 88-yr-old female. Our dog - 12-yr-old lab/border collie mix jumped right in. It’s so much more comfortable and safer than a blanket on the back seat. The one negative is Service. Very slow. After many calls an emails, we got it all sorted out. Pets vet Supply has a lot of work to do in that area.

Had an item missing from my order and they were quick to ship it out. Products are satisfactory.

I did not receive the entire order at the same time as it said on the tracking .

The first K9 cruiser I received had a tear in the seam of the case. I sent an email with photo and it was replaced within the week. It fits well enough in my GMC terrain and is easy to install.

This company boasts a lifetime warranty for normal tearing of fabric. I've sent them numerous emails and left several messages via phone. Nobody has returned my call or emails. I bought the product k9 cruiser on April 22, 2026 my order number was #18437 and I included pictures but they haven't done anything to acknowledge me as a customer. Stay away from this Shady company

Back seat cover so far is ok, but as everyone else has said shipping times are terrible! Well over a month still haven’t gotten my steps! It does appear that they just ship them directly from china, which explains the timing! I wouldn’t ever buy from them again, too many similar products that are stocked in the states!
