The process was incredibly smooth and thoughtful from start to finish. My conversation with Jordan was compassionate and professional, and I felt comfortable discussing my mental health challenges with him. The turnaround time—from completing the form to scheduling an appointment with a therapist and receiving my ESA letter—was impressively quick.
