Misleading information on their website about a product. I told them I wanted my money back which they agreed to but have yet to send me any money. I've reminded them 3 times now and nothing.

Been buying tags for many dogs. Quality of tag has gone down. The metal ones don't last as long. I am willing to pay more to get the better tags again, but you don't offer them anymore.

Ordered a no bark collar it does not work and came with no instructions. Tried contacting by phone and number has been disconnected and no available email contact. How is it legal for a company to still operate with all these issues? Very frustrated because now there are no dog bark collars on line only a whistle...really??
