Ordered merchandise on line using credit card to pay. After 3 weeks No merchandise received. Telephone lines always busy day after day. Did not respond to email message. Charged credit card. Is this a legitimate business?

I ordered a tag 3 weeks ago. They took immediate payment and I have never received the tag despite sending 3 messages to them. They have simply never replied to me. Disgrace. Avoid!

I ordered a tag 3 weeks ago and have still not received it. They are virtually impossible to get a hold of. Both numbers on the website are busy signal every time I call no matte what time of the day. I received one email back from the 3 I have sent saying that there was a holiday (labor day) and that might be the reason. IT says on the website it will take 6-8 days. I still can not get a hold of anyone. This company is bogus!!! Do not order from them!

I loved the concept of an embroidered collar for my cats; however, I was slightly hesitant -- worried that the stitching would pucker or stretch the collar, not allowing it to lay flat. I can honestly say that I was worried for NO reason!! :) The collars turned out beautifully and the cats don't seem to mind them at all (which surprised me because they're 8 months old and never had a collar). In short, don't hesitate to order one of these embroidered collars -- they look great, are a nice quality, and the service was very prompt!

Good Quality, no mistakes, cheaper than local companies. Seemed like it took some time to receive, but I have no actual dates to prove this. Material not what I was expected, but works. I wanted something that would continue to make noise with the bell when cat moves around house. Previous pet tag was clearly metal and made noise with bell when cat moved.

The print on our "large" tag is so small that one needs a magnifying glass to read it. The split ring is so small that one cannot separate it to go on a collar ring. Don't understand why they even bother to send their tags.

This is a very pretty collar and leash. The name and number are very plain and easy to read. Macy usually doesn't want a collar around her neck. She doesn't seam to mind this one at all. makes things much easier.
