It's fast to connect the call. But the place I called is an institution, which has an instruction for callers to choose an option on the keypad to proceed. When I chose an option, the system couldn't detect my selection for a few times, and eventually the call could not proceed further. I tried to call several times and experienced the same issue.

Good service but some times call goes to different region of the Globe.

I tried contacting this company about a balance I have in my account and up to the time writing this review I have not received a response up to now.so to continue using the account I would have spend more money stupess. This company is a waste of time.Save your money and sanity and looks elsewhere. Stupessss.it is only after this review on Trustpilot the I received a reply. Stupesss. And this is months that passed.Keepup the good work Trustpilot.

PhoneClub is great. It allows us to stay in touch with overseas elderly family members who don't like technology. PhoneClub is good value and easy to use.

I would highly recommend this service I use it to call Turkey/Türkiye and it is one of the best I have used and they are good for every Buck The minutes never disappear like other services.
