Pictory.aiReviews of pictory.ai

Pictory is great too for anyone in education or marketing. I've been able to easily create videos out of my blog articles to compliment my marketing. I've found the learning curve quite intuitive, yet I suspect I've not even unpacked 30% of what Pictory can do. The video editor is great, but there is space for improvement. I dislike that I can't use multiple audio files and BGM for different scenes in the video. Sometimes the AI can be hit and miss for choosing a suitable piece of stock content to support the context. I hope this improves in time.

Significant freezing/glitching of site, projects don't always save or only save a portion but you never know where it stops saving, features are minimal and time consuming (manual adjustment of each clip takes hours to work through especially with the glitches). Script to video tedious and clips chosen with AI don't generally line up, if you add the audio, the project doesn't line up and very difficult to manually adjust it to get it close but blank spots pop up and clips don't save. Everyday I'm submitting a ticket for something glitching. Other competitive sites offer more dynamic features with way less glitches, if at all. Pictory now announced it's moving to storyblocks and away from shutterstock so without this elite media, competitor sites are far more advanced in functionality and more worth the money as they use storyblocks media too.

Pictory is an innovative product. I was able to create a course video in a few minutes with the script we had for the course video. What does the platform do really well? ✅Creating short videos from webinars. ✅Convert your blog into a video. ✅Use the script to make an AI video ✅Add Text-to-Speech audio to videos ✅Extract highlights from a long video In short, 🏆Clean UX 🏆Plethora of quality features 🏆Good Transcription quality 🏆Generous limits What could be improved? 💡Text editing is quite basic. This needs a little attention. 💡Limited ability to format text, change colors, change fonts and line spacing. 💡Limited ability to customize templates. Give us a bit more power to customize. 💡It would be great to have us highlight keywords for AI to pick up scenes/stock videos. 💡Ability to keep the TTS in audio but should not be on video display if we choose to. 💡Ability to at least have your assistant or a couple of team members to do the job for/with you. 💡Sharing passwords is a no-no! Make it easy for us to collaborate please. 💡It would be great to have a video player online for the link rather than just allowing us to download it. I'd rate it: 4/5 If you are a content or course creator, you should not miss this deal! This is formidable software with a lot of room to improve. With a dedicated and passionate team, I am sure Pictory will be one of the best in the market.

I wish I had known about Pictory sooner! It would have saved me so much time & work. I struggle with doing all the video editing myself, but now with Pictory I can smartly edit my videos, what I liked most about the tool is that I can edit my video by editing the transcription, I can remove unnecessary words with a click of a button, and I got access to Shutterstock library to chose media for my videos. It is a time saver! There are few things which I would like the Pictory team to improve: - Downloading a video takes significant time, it should be reduced - Intro & outro templates are very basic - Limited Text formatting, should have more options

Creating videos can be time-consuming and difficult, but with Pictory I'm able to do it in minutes. It's easy and straightforward. The customer interface is very user-friendly and in just a few steps you can create your video and include your own content and images. I recommend this app to anyone who wants to create short social media videos in just minutes!

Highly impressed on how you can create videos from few sentences

We just started with YouTube and Podcasting. If you need to create a video + transcribe feature Pictory is a great tool to work with...Transcribe feature is really accurate.

This is the first product I have left a review for here at Trustpilot. I just purchased Pictory and started using it this week. I manage a social media account for a church. In the past, I have listened to the sermons and taken pages of notes with times written out to the side. Then I manually edited the videos as best as I could playing, rewinding, slowing it down, trying to find the right place to snip. It would take me 1.5-2 hours just to take notes, and then I would spend at least 2 days creating video clips to repurpose, loading them into another program to resize them, etc. I did 2 days work in about 2 hours today using Pictory... and I'm a complete newbie to the program. It is incredibly user friendly, and no doubt as I gain more experience, I will get faster and this will be easier. And I haven't played with half of the features yet. Oh! And I had a question yesterday, messaged support and got a quick response. And today, a follow up response to make sure everything was going well. Get this program at the premium level. You won't regret it.
