My pillow has almost no fluff. Disappointed. My Amazon pillows came in better shape.

Just opened the pillow up and they clearly cut off one tag, and on the other side VERY haphazardly sewed the brand tags (in the wrong colors) on it.

The medium option was not available, so I opted for the soft version. I don’t believe I even received the correct pillow. Caused lots of neck pain and I sent it back.

To me they have a horrible return policy making customer pay for returns on $180 worth of pillows which are made in China i wouldn't recommend them to anybody. They say you have to check mark a box which still makes you pay a close to $3 fee for returns in US i never saw any such box and did not uncheck it but I still had to pay for returns shipping. I also bought one so called Jumbo pillow and it was no bigger than Queen Size .

The Jumbo pillow size is 20" x 26", which is actually slightly smaller than a Queen size. We include detailed sizing information in the product descriptions to help with selection, but I’m sorry to hear there was any confusion.
