Our heating issue was a difficult process to diagnose but Jimmy did a remarkable job in finding the root cause and then fixing it. He is a real asset to your company. He was friendly. Respectful of my home. And an expert in solving the problem.

I've never been disappointed with the service from Pipe Works. I am truly amazed that every technician that has called on us is so polite, knowledgeable, and dedicated to solving the problem. Pipe Works is more expensive than some others, but I always feel like I have gotten a good value.. I highly recommend this company

They arrived quickly for an emergency and were very helpful. They are prompt and worked hard. We have used them before and are very happy with their service.I would use them again and recommend this company. They do very high quality work. They do tell you in advance how much everything will cost.
