Always do a solid job. Always on time or text/call when running later. Always way more expensive than everyone else. Always try to upsell me stuff I don't need.

Jimmy was really good, much better than the last guy from Pipeworks! Price is above a premium- not feeling epecially smart for rehiring Pipeworks. Has to be better guys than $584 dollars to change a faucet.

I've been using Pipe Works Services for 5 years now. I love the technicians - friendly, clean, professional, experienced, etc. They are a great group of guys! I have, however, not been happy over the past year or two with the office and scheduling of appointments. I've had 2 appointments "bumped" at the bitter last minute (after waiting the 4-hour window out), appointment times mis-scheduled, and in one plumbing instance, completely forgotten about. The scheduling 3, 4 and 5 years ago was terrific, but I feel like Pipe Works has lost touch with some of their customers and our already hectic schedules.

Last year Pipeworks installed a new furnace and central air system for us. When they arrived for our spring system testing and startup this year, the technician said his records showed the old system, and he did not have the right parts for the new system. Seems like it would be pretty standard practice to update a maintenance contract for a new system installed by the same company.
