Mike was very helpful and professional, as were the workers, who worked very hard. My only negative is the re-cementing in the basement, which is a different type of concrete from the rest of the floor. It isn't smooth and is higher than the original floor. Maureen Hally

You guys are good but this was way too expensive to just service a generator so will probably use someone else next year.

We have specialized training for services dedicated to generators. Also since you signed up for our Pipe Works Service Agreement that includes a generator visit where we clean, maintain and examine thoroughly your generator.this service agreement give you many special PSA discounts any plumbing, heating, cooling, water conditioning, insulation and electrical services. From my phone call being answered by Kevin and his professional scheduling service, followed by the personal touch of an appointment reminder email, to Pablo arriving on time to service my furnace I knew I made the right choice of selecting Pipeworks. A routine cleaning of my almost twenty five year old furnace uncovered a serious problem. Pablo clearly explained the problem and a provided a few resolutions. To help me make a decision Pipworks had Rob M meet with me. Rob was courteous and very informative giving me all the details and resources needed. My new furnace will be installed soon and I'll have piece of mind keeping warm this upcoming winter. Thank you!!

I would really give them 4.5 stars. There was no friction, to speak of. The field persons were knowledgeable and friendly and all of my questions were answered. My expectations were met. I will get my secondary space done next year when I have the money. This is an add on in regards to the response. I called everyone field persons because I didn't know the correct terminology. Lol. Everyone that came to my house was helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions! :)

The plumber was helpful, friendly, effective, did a great job, stayed late and was very clean. In this regard, it's five stars! One would need to expect the bill to be high, however. This was a big job and I didn't expect it to be low, but Pipe Works is not an "economy" plumber. Still, really good job and I appreciated his hard work.

They had a tough job. Said 3 would be on the job but only had one or two workers. Job was completed to satisfaction. Very Knowledgeable. I would recommend to friends and family
