We needed our laundry drain snaked. We contacted Pipe Works and they sent Mike over to fix the problem. He was professional and courteous. He fixed the drain in a very timely manner. The whole experience was seamless. The price was quite reasonable and the service was great. My husband and I will definitely use Pipe Works again!

Zach from PipeWorks came today to install a new kitchen faucet and do an annual clean/diagnostic of the basement boiler. In both cases, he discovered and patiently explained upgrades and replacements, which he performed expertly. He also answered all of my questions with care – including the dumb ones – and explained the charges clearly. Zach didn’t try to upsell me anything unnecessary – he did what he needed to do and didn’t do what he didn’t need to do. Finally, he’s a very nice and polite guy, which made the event comfortable and trustworthy. I’m thrilled with my upgraded faucet, which works perfectly, and glad to have the boiler in tip-top shape for the season. I happily recommend Zach and PipeWorks to be your in-home experts for fixes and recommendations.

We had a new washing machine installed by Home Depot and when we started our first load the entire full washing machine of water flooded down thru the floors to the kitchen. We called PipeWorks for an emergency visit because we thought a pipe burst. Mario from PipeWorks came and found that Home Depot did not attach the water drain pipe securely on the back of the washing machine – it had popped off the back. So $404 later Mario saved the day. He spent alot of time testing the machine at different cycles to make sure there were no more leaks. I also appreciated that he wore booties and made sure to keep things clean & neat. I would highly recommend PipeWorks & Mario for any regular or emergency plumbing project. But shame on Home Depot for their shoddy installation.

Pipeworks staff worked promptly and courteously with me to analyze problem with non working AC unit in Late May. After meeting with Robert sales representative and discussing proposals for best and most cost efficient way to replace and relocate air conditioning unit for apartment I signed contract. Until the work could be scheduled and during very hot weather in June Pipeworks Put in two temporary AC units to make sure we were cool and comfortable. During this time Robert was here almost daily to empty water from large unit and ensure both working properly. The work was completed almost entirely in one day as promised. The staff were all totally professional,Courteous , efficient and concerned about my comfort with all being done. Robert stayed on top of the installation the entire time. I had already reccommended Pipeworks to another resident of this condo complex and would gladly provide references to other Prospective customers.

We are pleased to know that Robert amplified the true meaning of what we believe in and that is that we fix uncomfortable homes. We have a service contract with PipeWorks... and have also called them several times for other emergencies. They are responsive, professional, respectful and clearly knowledgeable. We are consistently pleased (actually delighted) with their service. This time we had Jimmy do our servicing. He was all-around terrific. I am a tough customer (very particular). They have won me over and they will continue to get my business. Your high level of standards obviously requires your people to be respectful of homes they service (love the booties!), along with expertise in their respective specialty. Keep up the great work. Also, acknowledge and thank your people--- they are definitely building and sustaining your 'high service quality' brand. Lori
