Amazing customer service!
I ordered two hydrogen generating bottles. One worked, and the other would not charge properly and did not work. However, Piurify worked the situation to my complete satisfaction right away! Amazing customer service.

A lot of money for it to malfunction so fast…
I love my purify but the lights inside the pitcher are not lit up - two have gone dead which makes me wonder if the machine is operating according to standard anymore. It’s a lot of money for it to be broken/malfunctioning in less than a year. I bought new filters - still malfunctioning.
