The bottle box came completely destroyed and to top it off whenever I try to hit the button turn it on it will not turn on gotta tap like 15 times

I am a resident based in Malaysia out in Asia, and was intrigued by hydrogen water's health benefits, in particular on how it could actually benefit diabetics like myself. My confidence in buying Piurify water bottle was greatly heightened by the many positive reviews on Trustpilot, especially the ones on their great customer service. Indeed, my own near 1-month correspondence and purchasing process dealing with JOHN, is simply outstanding, who was a real pleasure to deal with. He was really patient, and answered to the point on all my myriad of questions via numerous Emails. My near month long Email corespondence had nothing to do with hesitancy on my part, but rather the original purchase via Piurify's official Amazon store took way too long to process the order for delivery to my resident country, which JOHN himself was taken by surprise. Luckily for me, I have a friend traveling to the US to visit his wife, and he was kind enough to agree to bring back 2 X Hydrogen water bottle generators JOHN suggested I cancel my Amazon order, and re-order on Piurify's website instead, so have my items delivered to my friend's wife's US resident address instead. Besides helping ensure my ordered items' prompt delivery, which arrived within 2-3 days after I placed the order, JOHN also promised to oversee the refund of US$16.40 difference in my original Amazon order and Piurify website to my debit card. To say JOHN is a credit to Piurify is an understatement! In all my many experiences purchasing online and even in person, this has been BY FAR, the best Customer service experience I have enjoyed! And I love purchasing from a company like Piurify, who not only stands by their products, but also CLEARLY took much pride, time amd effort in hiring and training such outstanding customer service staff like JOHN! I definitely forsee myself as a repeat customer, even though I have yet to use my purchased Hydrogen water generator bottles, on account that my friend bringing them to me from his US trip is still not back. But my confidence is high for both products will reach my hands in good shape, such is my trust in Piurify products and JOHN having overseen the items' delivery!
