I've been using Pleexy to sync tasks between Notion and Todoist for about a month, and it's been working flawlessly.

It just works. Pleexy did exactly what I needed it to do in a very simple and intuitive manner. I was able to connect tasks and projects from Click-Up to my personal task management app, Todoist, very easily.

the sync is easy to do than using fttt or zapier as they can only sync a single project at a time

Hi Yifan, thanks for your feedback, we appreciate it :)

This provides me with a seamless and robust integration between Trello and Todoist. I'll come back and upgrade the review to 5 stars if / when bidirectional task creation becomes available. Not being able to create a task in Todoist that syncs back to Trello is the one thing stopping it being perfect.

Setup in seconds. No credit card for the free trial. Worked first time. This is exactly how integrations should work. I've always held back from integrations as I've tried before with other systems and they we complicated. Not so with this Pleexy, which I've used to integrate Todos in OneNote with Microsoft Todo. Works really well so now my OneNote tasks get pulled together in Microsoft Todo and operate with two-way sync on completion and/or deletion. Brilliant - thanks!

I enjoy syncing Todoist with Evernote. Two improvements I'd appreciate: 1. The name of the Evernote note shouldn't become a Todoist task, only the check-marked items should become tasks 2. It would be great if check-marked items in Evernote could automatically be tagged and moved to relevant projects in Todoist by simply adding "@" and "#" respectively to the check-marked items in Evernote

Hi Sam, thanks for your review (and sorry we missed it, so you're getting this late reply)! The Evernote's note name doesn't necessarily has to become a task, it depends on your sync settings. Please reach out to our support via the in-app chat, and we'll get you sorted :) About your other request, we have our feedback portal - feedback.pleexy.com - where you can add and vote for other requests. This way we keep track of your needs!

I use it to convert my Notion projects to reminders/tasks in ToDoist. I really like the bio-directional sync, i.e., when a task is completed in ToDoist, it moves the Notion project to Complete status. It simply works.
