Kristy and Renee were extremely helpful and thorough throughout the entire ring selection process, from beginning to end. This place checked a lot of boxes. Good options. Lab grown. Women owned. All great things, but what really struck me, the outreach and customer support. Last minute before shipping, I found out I would be home to receive it; called and boom, it was on hold for a few days until I got back. After arriving, had some concerns about my size of diamond, but their thoughtful considerations and helpful advice, I am thrilled with the choice. Company is leading with its best foot forward and standing by all the things they claim on their webpage.
