Extremely long shipping time. I still have not received my rug and it is expected to ship 3 weeks after ordering. That will make the delivery time around to a 1 month wait! Unacceptable!

Good Morning Diane, Apologies for the delay with your order. I have looked into this with our team and did notice that the order was not processed in the correct manner and caused a delay with getting the order assigned to one of our carriers and that is not acceptable. We will be working with the team further to ensure this doesn't happen again. In the meantime, I will have one of our supervisors reach out to you directly to discuss further. - The PlushRugs Team

I was somewhat upset when my rug arrived as the protective shipping covering was torn and my rug had dirty spots on it. I called Customer Service and they were great to work with. Maybe it was the shippers fault, who knows. Anyway it all worked out and I love my rug.

Great rug. It is even better in person- the colors are gorgeous and it feels very plush compared to other online rug purchases of similar cost. Appreciate the free shipping- it worked out fine although it could have been bad if I wasn’t home when delivered. I didn’t receive a call from the freight company letting me know it was coming- one guy just showed up at my door. I had to help him lift a 140 pound rug off the truck and into my home- good thing I’m a woman with muscles. Time will tell how the rug holds up but for now I’m very happy. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Plush Rugs again!

This was a great experience. My initital phone call was answered immediately. I was able to get my 8x10 area rug at a competitors price (match) and it arrived one day early. The quality of the rug was better than expected. I will buy again!

I recently had an interaction with Plush Rugs and Kyle Anderson, Operations Supervisor, in particular, concerning my review of Plush Rugs. I now feel 100% satisfied with their efforts to help me find and eventually purchase a second rug that was advertised on their website to match one I previously purchased from them. I would not hesitate to purchase a rug from Plush Rugs in the near future. Joe Schmidt

Hey Joe, I'm not sure if there's a misunderstanding here, however the order you've left a review for was for a Trans Ocean - Malibue Pine 2x3 Rug placed on April 12th and shipped on April 16th. There wasn't any issues with fulfillment for this particular order. If there was a problem with something else, I would love to get additional details from you, I will have a member of our team reach out. - The PlushRugs Team
