Btw, got 2FA issue giving always incorrect codes!!! Still no action from poloniex support!!!!

Terrible company. Can't get verified after 2 weeks. No response from customer service. Not sure how anybody does business with them. I am not going to use them. Coinbase and Binance are the 2 best to use and if you have both you can trade most coins.

i complained about my ripple withdraw complete error ticket no one is responding & no response from customer support ,i transferred 890 coins i withdrawal its showing complete error.

Deposited small amounts of BTC, XEM, LTC, ETH, seemed to handle pretty well. I withdrawed to my wallets and everything went ok, i recommend.

The customer service is appaling and very slow and incompetent... they take month and month to answer tickets. They talk like robot and give you vague answers. I want to increase my daily withdrawal and I have been trying to do so for .... .... ... 6 monthts, now.... you read it .... 6 months. On the top of that they force people to use the 2 FA, which is, by the way, absolutly rubish, especially, when losing or breaking phones. The back up note polo provides does not work That was another appaling subject with the customer service. Run from this guys, do not waste your time and effort. Bittrex is probably better.

Thank god I got my etherum and bitcoins back by calling 888 987 8667 which were stuck in poloniex from last 28 days even after opening so many tickets no one helped

All is fine and good. no problems with deposits or withdrawals.

Put yourself in my situation. I have 0.3 BTC that I can't access. I can see the transaction, it's in my deposit history. They don't respond me. I have waited for a month in support. Nothing. It hasn't been credited to my trading account. Very sad.
