It doesn’t allow you to trade BTC/USD. This is the worst thing about this exchange. I believe that traders make a great profit by trading Crypto/crypto, but still they will have to sell their crypto and buy fiat currencies. They have this USDT, but that’s still a crypto, which is not reliable for me. So, you should make twice more additional movements and pay more fees only for having your trading profit in real dollars on your bank account. This is totally outrageous for me.

Great exchange and features, most would complain of hacks but this is ultimately a customer's responsibility so basically as long as you have a very secure password which is unique (non-shared with other email or online services) and you enable 2FA on both your registered email and your Poloniex account you should be fine. Graphs and tools are top-notch, the interface is really easy to use and this is a fully compliant U.S based exchange so good luck to others using non-compliant exchanges ;-)

Very poor suppport. It has been 100 days and support ticket is still un attended. I have lost 1500 USD in an out of gas transaction and there is no reply from support. Ticket no 257999

support takes month to respond , since Aug 13, no action taken by support, I try to contact them every day,

Thanks to their incompetence and your reviews, I will move on to other exchanges that have a better track record of support. For in my case, they have not approved my account, nor responded to a service ticket regarding same. I would have thought that they would want new traders to add volume and liquidity to their markets... silly me.

such a mess this exchange is, I've had my account locked over 90 days with more than $5,000 still on hold due to poloniex's incompetency.

Absolute joke of a company, withdrawals have a transaction ID which doesn't exist on the blockchain, so my funds have been taken, no support, support tickets unresponded too for months. Criminals!

customer service rubbish :/ not able to sort out my problem since week , no one responds. if a business customer service over flooded its not a good sign. something is fishi. :( i feel bad bcos the idea what they want to do is good. maybe they grow too fast. dont know but still my issue need sorted please.
