PoloniexReviews of poloniex.com

New terms of service just came in, just one trade or withdrawal or deposit will result in accepting their terms of service, (taken from new Terms Of Service) I thought this was the most interesting: ADDITIONALLY, YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. You have no rights, they dictate all, HEIL POLONIEX! You can deposit, can't withdrawal, and now you can't do anything about it.......? Do you want to trade there?

I am not sure if I am just blessed, but I have never had a problem with Poloniex. I have been trading with them for about one year now, made several deposits/withdrawals with several of the popular coins, and I have never had a bit of trouble as others with deposits or withdrawals. The only complaint I did have is when they locked my account because I accessed with several different VPN locations. But the support crew got me back in short order and were always supportive and helpful. I was completely satisfied with their reason for the lock out as many hackers attempt access to others accounts using various VPN's. I was happy that they were so diligent in protecting my account. To the others who have problems I would suggest that perhaps Poloniex is having growing pains like any rapidly expanding business and to be patient with them. Sorry to those who may have had problems, but I am a 100% satisfied customer.

I mined an ETC back on the 26th of June ticket number #272533 have no received 1 response from them nor have I received my ETC deposit

Worst customer service in all trading sites

send etc to my polonix acc and never so my money back customer service not anchor in 9 days wright 4 times as other people telling hete customer service don't exist. use other exchanges to be safe guys

I have never seen a worst customer support in my life. Hands Down. What this company is doing is outright illegal, but am just 1 what can I do. Am poor and i invested some money and now it’s all frozen and am locked out of my account, everyday i see the ticket but i get no reply. Its been now 30 days since my ticket since then I have sent countless amount of messages. Am at a point where getting access to my account will be some kind of merical , why does it have to be like this, poloneix is one of the biggest trading platform, why are they so greedy on steeling others money. I dont understand how this company is still operating and not shut down. Its an outright scam. Hurts the most you you have a lot to loose. Specially as a student without a job, and looking after family. Shame on you ploniex.

Poloniex support center did not reply to my support ticket created and it is been 9 days now. I doubt they are trust-able. created my 2nd ticket and still the same. Not recommended. Ticket number: #305384
