I order liners from them on a regular basis. Last year, 2021, was horrible for customers and vendors alike. I see a lot of negative reviews are in that time frame. Denise always gets back to me, but the shipping in a lot of cases is from the factory. I try not to shoot the messenger

They lie about products being shipped in two weeks, after two weeks they tell you another two weeks etc. They also lie about refunding your money. I’m on month 3 of no product and no refund. Wish I would have researched reviews before doing business with them. A bunch of scam artist & sad the president of the corporation is a retired attorney. No wonder you’ve changed your DBA a few times, probably to avoid poor reviews being noticed. Stay away from Pools etc. Pools Inc & Recreation Discount Wholesale Inc

This poor review is deserved. 18 months into the supply chain issues we should have been much more proactive than we were. In 2022 we have added more customer service reps to help prevent issues like this from occurring again. I sincerely apologize for the poor service and delays.

ordered a liner from pools inc. They made it the wrong size even when the original measurements were right on 16yrs ago. They would not do anything for me. DO NOT ORDER A LINER FROM THEM!

When we reached out to the manufacturer they confirmed that the liner was made to the measurements provided. They enter the data into a CAD program which makes it very easy to determine whether a mistake was made on their end or the customer. After speaking to the customer, we were able to determine that the problem most likely occurred due to an improper install rather than a measuring issue however, when we asked him to remeasure the pool to confirm that this was the problem, he refused.

SEAN AND ERIC FROM POOLS ETC SAID THEY WOULD REFUND $363 FOR A RETURNED POOL FILTER. I CALLED EVERY 4 WEEK AND GOT SAME RESPONSE, WE WILL SEND YOU A CHECK. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE 2-11-21. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, THEY ARE DISHONEST. PETER KUBEJA ERIE PA 16505

Would give 0 stars if I could. Returned merchandise but got no refund. Emailed and called several times. Each time I was told they were processing my refund and would take 24 to 48 hours. Fast forward 45 days and no refund.

Ordered liner may 17th 1300+$ told 4 weeks out. Called at six weeks was told it was going to be made and shipped June 29th. Called a few days later for a tracking number. Told it would be on the truck fallowing Monday. Waited always putting it a request from the factory but they must suck just as bad. Give until tomorrow evening. Paper’s already filled out and ready to send to the attorney general and the BBB. I’m kinda of:;& and will pay an attorney what ever it takes!!!

Very fishy. Two weeks and no action on my order. Called and tried to cancel, they said they would "put in a request." No items, no refund, no help. Will see how this turns out, but I am skeptical.

I would give them a zero if I could. Ordered a pool and accessories from them over a month later still no pool. Contacted Shaun 4 times and was told the first time(on a Monday) it would ship that Friday. It never shipped contacted him 3 other times he said he would get In Contact with the warehouse and get back to me. He never did. I am now waiting on my refund as he said it was shipping this afternoon. Big surprise it didn’t ship. I would not buy from this company. They take your money as soon as you place your order and then don’t deliver.
