Pools EtcReviews of poolsinc.com

I was so impressed when my new pool liner showed up in almost no time. It looks and works great. Thank you so much!

Thus far I have had a pretty good experience. I really can't give a completed review as of yet because I am still waiting to receive my liner. Not that, they are slow but that we are still in the order processing stage. I will say however, that Denise Gibson represented the company well. She went out of her way to assist me in finding what I needed and her customer service was top notch, very professional.

The service was excellent. We worked with Denise Gibson. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. There were mistakes (on our end) with the measurements and she immediately reached out to discuss them to ensure the liner would fit perfectly. She answered all my questions and helped me choose the best option for us. Our new liner came incredibly fast. It looks amazing in our pool. We would highly recommend this company.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Their customer service is unbelievable. Live chat with a live person with immediate response. Went out of their way to accommodate me with a new liner and it was delivered within 2 days. Ally, Stevie and Russ were all extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future!

Spoke with Denise gibson, she was great to deal with very personable, and easy to talk to.

I spoke with Denise Gibson she was very helpful and knowledgeable she made the process very easy I ordered my liner and I received it in only 4 days and it was perfect thank you very much I would definitely order from them agian

I needed to order a piece of free form vinyl for replacement for my inground pool. I did a chat on my computer and instantly they told me I was not in the right department and that they would have someone contact me. I thought, as usual, like other places that wouldn't happen so at the same time I left messages with a couple other companies. To my surprise your employee, Denise Gibson, contacted me by email within a half hour. We did everything by email and she had my info that I needed that same day. And she was very, very helpful. It took my husband and I to decide with what we were doing and Denise kept in constant touch so we felt we weren't forgotten. We made the decision and we did have a few questions and a couple different times and she got back to us each time quickly. She even was willing to take any calls or emails when she was not actually working, as we did have a time difference. When we placed our order she let us know the pay options we had that nobody else had offered. She was very helpful in all areas. Thank you Denise Gibson!

Ms.Denise she's a very sweet and helping woman.
