The online ordering process was easy. Denise was amazing and called right away to confirm my order and liner measurements. She quoted me 8 business days and I received my liner on the 5th business day!

I had Ms Denise Gibson help me order a custom liner for my friends pool. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and his new very nice pool liner is installed and pool is back running. Thanks Denise! -Ryan from Louisiana.

I ordered a custom liner and Denise was there every step of the way with me. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. I got my liner and it will be installed tomorrow.

4 years ago we ordered our inground pool liner from a different company a month prior to our daughters birthday party. I reached out to the company several times and no reply. About a week and a half before her party, the company responded that the delivery would take 2 additional weeks. I was looking at other pool liner companies to see if anyone would be able to deliver the liner before her party. Larry Weinberg from Poolsinc responded promptly and was able to work some miracles and get our liner 2 days before her party. This year we had to replace our liner after my sisters dog jumped in and tore it trying to get out. I reached out to Larry again in hopes that he was still with the company. I ordered my liner June 18th on a Saturday and just got it delivered June 22nd!! I didn’t think that it would even be possible to get it manufactured and shipped to me so fast!!! Thank you Larry so much!! You have made 2 bday party miracles happen!

Denise was awesome to work with! She was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable.

I contacted Pools Etc to order a custom liner for my 30k gallon pool. My contact was Denise and wow, best price I could find on a 30 mil liner. Denise was thorough and prompt with replies and updates. My liner was made and delivered in less than a week! Most suppliers did not even call me back in that amount of time. The liner fit perfectly and the accessories I ordered were delivered just in time. Thanks, Denise and Nicole for a great experience.

We had been trying to get a pool liner ordered from an online competitor for 3 weeks. They would never return our calls or our e-mails. We had the pool specifications and everything and all we needed to do was make the payment. It seemed like they were just not interested in our order. Our first time calling Pools Etc., Denise picked up. She e-mailed the forms for us to fill out regarding our pool's dimensions while we were on the phone with her. As soon as the information was sent back to her the next day, she contacted us by phone and the pool liner was ordered. That has only been one week ago and our pool liner is out for delivery today!! THANK YOU DENISE!!! YOU HAVE SAVED OUR SUMMER!!

We ordered a pool liner and got it in 8 days!! I called and checked other pool suppliers and everyone was 6 or more weeks out! Denise was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for all your help!
