Lawrence & Gia Great help, friendly and helped me throughout the contract

I had a slight problem with my billing and invoices. I sent a message with my meter reading and Maha contact me by phone and email. She was very efficient in the manner she handled the problem and it was resolved was very quickly.

Excellant service. Had a remap carried out. Very efficient and polite. Great improvement on power output. Also gave good advice and offer of help on potential problems with 'particulate filter'. Highly recommended.

bought a used mac for my niece - works like a charm, she's very happy with it

ever since i receive my Macbook laptop from Powermax I have used it as my only daily laptop. It has not gave me one bit of trouble. the battery last a really long time, and i like that the keyboard is backlit. I would highly recommend Powermax to those who are looking for quality products at a very fair and reasonable price. I choose to purchase from them for several reasons: I was impressed with if i have any problem with my laptop ( hopefully it will last a reasonably long time) I can talk to a real live person and it will be the one who worked on it. Two: I like that during the time that it was being shipped to me, that they were in constant contact with the shippers, and that only I would be able to sign to recieve my package ( Big extra bonus there), and that it arrived a day earlier than expected. In the future i will be buying from them again.
