Very fast shipping, user friendly website, and customer service has been top notch with immediate response to emails. The Poweramart 3-1 push mower I have has been a great mower. Will definitely consider their products in the future.

I ordered the wrong products and I emailed them right away. They got back to me within 24 hours and helped me find the right products I needed for my specific lawn mower. Customer Service has been spot on and would recommend getting your spare parts here.

I purchased a PowerSmart 40volt brush cutter. Only works for one minute and needs to charge again. ZERO help from PowerSmart warrantee due to my receipt is a Lowes order confirmation and it prints on 2 pages instead of one. Pictures of unit with ss number tag and Lowes receipt are not acceptable. Don't waist time and a lot of money on anything power dumb

We’re very sorry to hear about the trouble with your 40V brush cutter and the frustration you’ve faced in the warranty process. We know how disappointing it is to have a new tool stop working and then feel stuck without support. Our goal is never to make paperwork a barrier to service. If you can email us at [email protected] with your Lowe’s order confirmation, the serial number, and any photos you have, we’ll review your case again and do our best to get you a working solution quickly. Powersmart is complete trash they are telling me they won't warranty my mower because they don't have the part. It's just a simple recoil starter. They rarely respond CLARA!!! who I have message is extremely lazy and doesn't not care in the least .. powersmart ??? More like lazydumb and dishonest.. update 8/5/2025 the response on here is BS..Its just a response to try and make them look better still no help stay away from these powersmart products..New update for 8/13/2025..So now that they can't get the part they are offering me a 50% refund and are canceling my warranty completely. After a week of trying to get Clara to do the refund I get a message saying its going to take a month at this point im pretty sure im getting nothing. Ill just paste the email on here so all can read it themselves. Hi Steven We will submit the refund application, and the refund will be issued after it is approved, you may receive the refund in a month, please wait for it patiently. Clara This company is terrible and dishonest.

No one would help the whole process was difficult and time consuming and ended up buying a 9.00 part with was to sent to me after I bought a brand new mower that was broken during packaging not shipping, this is a scam and a disgrace to a USA company!
