I love the office set up, the reception area, and the services. The conference rooms are quite nice as well. What was most helpful to me is Jake assisting me with setting up my office. I am not computer/tech savvy. Jake assisted me in setting up the computer, the printer, the internet network, my email, my fax, etc. etc. I could not have done it without Jake. He always goes way beyond the call of duty. Also, everyone is nice and friendly. The price is reasonable.

For anyone considering renting an executive suite in the Manhattan Beach area and is fortunate to have been able to meet Amy Unger, the office manager of Premier Business Centers in the Rosecrans Avenue office, they would probably agree with me that it had to have been a pleasant experience. I own my own business and have my office here since December of '09. It's been almost 5 years since I've been here and have had to deal with PBC on an number of issues from parking passes, to weekend building access, to noisy neighbors and everything in between. Amy has been the consummate professional the entire time and has been nothing less than understanding, efficient, but most importantly KIND! If I could just deal with kind awesome people all day long, how great would that be?!! Hey Amy, have they found a way to clone you yet?!! You deserve a raise. And everybody else, check out the PBC Executive Suites on Rosecrans in Manhattan Beach. Great office environment, friendly and efficient staff and awesome office manager!!

I have been PBC for 3 years and the staff and services have met all my needs as business that went above and beyond the just leasing an office. The manager and receptionist always seem to offer something to help out. I truly appreciate the help Rovio and Maritza provided over the past few years of business fluctuations. They seem to be an extension of my business and it's awesome that PBC takes a real pride in the people they hire to run office.

The ladies who run the executive floor at Lakeshore Towers for Premier Business Centers are the absolute best! Emily, Diana, and Candace do an outstanding job and I would hire any of them if I were to open my own business in another building. They all go above and beyond the call of duty on a daily basis. I am grateful they are here for me when I need pretty much anything. Premier Business Centers seems to hire only the best, at least they did here at the Irvine, California office!
