I am very happy with my onsite manager;however, I am not happy with the changes from the corporate managers as to pricing and up charges for services which were originally included with my lease. These new charges make me more apt to look into other lease arrangements in the future. This is sad for me because like I have mentioned my onsite manager is great, and the facilities are maintained well.

I started a lease for an office in their Oakland location not too long ago. In the agreement it says that if you want 'lighting' and 'air conditioning' after 6 pm, you have to pay $35 an hour for it - not an expense many startups and small businesses (who seem to make up most tenants here) can afford. The way the agreement is worded strongly suggests that the 'lighting' part refers to the lighting in the lobby and hallways, and not in private offices. In fact, it refers to lighting INSIDE your own office, as well! They cut the lights to your own, private office, which you pay rent for, after 6 pm. When I first signed the contract, I told the manager several times that I plan to regularly use my office in the evening, including meeting clients (how silly does it look when you have a client in the evening and have to use a lamp only), that I am on a very tight budget and even renting the office full time is a stretch, and that the ability to meet clients in the evening was a major factor in renting my office full time as opposed to doing the less expensive virtual office package. Nonetheless, she never clarified that I would be expected to pay a hefty amount for having basic lighting in my own office in the evenings. This was misleading, deceptive, and the manager never clarified an obvious misunderstanding when it came up - that is not acting in good faith. Although my experience here otherwise has been fine, for this reason, I do not plan to stay past the lease term, despite the inconvenience of moving and changing my business address.

So far, so good. The office manager on site when we began our leasing process was wonderful and very helpful. The actual move in was easy. The women at the front office are amazing. Every time we need help, they are right on it and they know their stuff.

After my previous lessor raised the suite rent, I opted not to renew my lease. I searched online and found Premier Business Centers. They responded to my request for a tour within hours. The building is located close to the freeway with a parking station and 1 hour parking available surrounding the building. The space is beautiful and clean. The staff are helpful, courteous and highly professional. I can work late into the evenings and there are numerous restaurants to dine at for reasonable fare. I love my new office !!!

We are vey happy with our decision to lease office space at PB Centers. Amy and her staff have been consummate professionals in getting us settled in. Amy has gone out of her way on weekends and evenings too in order to help us with move-in and conference room bookings. She is an absolute doll! My experience with Premier Business Suites has been nothing short of AWESOME, thanks to Office Manager, Amy Unger. Her customer service is THE BEST - and their new offices at 1230 Rosecrans in the Manhattan Towers building are brand new, modern and impeccable. The design aesthetic is very sleek - beige and white with silver accents, very neutral and uplifting. The office is also home to many up and coming entrepreneurs across all business disciplines as well as more established lawyers and sales people. I couldn't give a higher recommendation for this space, you simply will not find a better value for office space in the Los Angeles area for the money!

We moved into the Tower's a month ago and are very happy. Amy and Ericka are very nice and a joy to work with. Amy set our phones up and even went to the extent to setup our voicemail. She couldn't be more helpful and responsive. This is definitely a 5 star office and I would recommend Premier to anyone looking for space!
